Meet Our Team
FRANKLIN & MELISSA DAILEY
-
Pastor Franklin Dailey was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, and married his lovely bride, Melissa, in July 2008. They have a blended family of four sons and one daughter, Dayton, Kobe, Elijah, Noah, and Sofia. With the two older sons being Franklin’s step-sons and the 3 younger children being theirs together, it has shown the dynamics of living and loving the way God has called them to with grace and humility.
The Daileys served the community of Overcomer Covenant Church for 12 years, with 7 of those years as Associate Pastors over Youth, Young Adults, and the Overcomer Internship Program. They are excited about the future of our church and look forward to serving the community as God has called them.
Both have developed and empowered several young leaders who serve in prominent leadership roles throughout the region in positions ranging from marketplace ministry to the four walls of the church. Franklin has a passion for God’s Word and the desire to equip the people to follow Christ, operating in the gifts and grace of the Holy Spirit.
Pastor Melissa is a woman with strong gifts of discernment and wisdom and is excited to connect to our church community and the surrounding area. Both love traveling, living healthy lifestyles and enjoying great food.
SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM
MIKE & BRITNEY CIOLEK
-
Pastors Mike and Britney moved here from Yuma, Arizona, to pursue careers in teaching and sales. Before the move to Washington, Mike was a Youth Pastor for a church in Arizona, and Britney pursued her Elementary Education Degree at Northern Arizona University. Britney is now a teacher for Tacoma Public Schools.
Mike and Britney have an adventurous spirit and love exploring new places on their days off. They are very talented in production technology. They faithfully serve us each Sunday as leaders over the Production team. Mike has served as a musician in worship teams both in Arizona and Washington.
God laid it on Mike's heart to pursue student ministry again, and because God's timing is perfect, Victory Church welcomed the Cioleks as our Youth Pastors in 2019.
God gave Mike and Britney the desire to reach teenagers far from God and show them the love of Jesus at Victory Church while having fun too!
